Jamie Schloegel brings 20 years of nonprofit experience to the Women’s Fund. Her career started as a frontline social worker serving youth in foster care and transitioned into development and leadership positions at Family & Children’s Center and then La Crosse Area Community Foundation.
Jamie believes strongly in the power of philanthropy and particularly how it can be leveraged to build a more vibrant, inclusive, and equitable community. Her career can be attributed to raising millions of dollars locally to help enhance the quality of life in the region.
Jamie lives in Holmen with her husband Joe, two youngest children Brennan and Violet, and many beloved pets. When not working, you will probably find her thrift shopping or completing a DIY home reno project.

With more than 25 years of marketing, corporate communications and digital marketing experience, Beth brings diverse skills to our team. Driven by a strong belief that we all have a responsibility to help others, the Women’s Fund’s mission is a natural fit.
Beth lives in Holmen with her husband and two greyhounds where she also runs her own pet sitting business. When not working, Beth volunteers her time with a variety of animal rescue organizations.
Olive Schloegel, Director of Goodness (D.O.G.)
Meet Olive, our four-legged friend with an adorably sassy personality packed into a tiny, tail-wagging frame. This mini-Dachshund may be small, but she’s fiercely committed to our mission — championing girls and women in the La Crosse area.
Olive specializes in spreading joy, sparking conversations, and reminding us all to stay compassionate and a little playful along the way. Whether she’s “supervising” us in the office or simply brightening someone’s day, Olive represents the heart of what we do: connection, resilience, and community.
When she’s off duty, you’ll find Olive chasing her brother Spud, perfecting her nap game, and accepting well-deserved belly rubs. She’s proud to stand (on very short legs) with the women we serve — and to be your favorite furry advocate.
