The barriers women face in Greater La Crosse are solvable. Every year, our grantees prove it — one ride, one lease, one diploma at a time. What limits our impact isn’t a shortage of good work to fund. It’s a shortage of resources to fund it.

Every dollar invested in removing these barriers pays forward. A woman who can get to work reliably keeps her job. A woman with stable housing can focus on her children and her future. A woman who finishes her degree or credential moves her whole family up the economic ladder. This isn’t just support for one woman — it’s an investment in the stability of families, the strength of our workforce, and the long-term health of our community.
